Description

MAXTROL – iron control agent is a highly effective dispersant designed for all application of boiler water treatment program. The product has excellent iron control, very good phosphate dispersant characteristic and good thermal stability. The product is an aqueous solution blend of low molecular weight of synthetic polymeric dispersant.

Treatment Feeding and Dosage

MAXTROL IT-3906 product should be fed to the boiler steam drum or feed water line. The dosage of the product is 50-500 ppm on boiler blow down rate and depends upon the system conditions, such as heat transfer rate and feed water quality. Mitra Amana Indoteknika representative will determine the feed rate for particular system. MAXTROL IT-3906 can be fed neat, or neat diluted in any proportion with good quality feed water or condensate. Although it is compatible with all other boiler treatment chemicals, it is not to be mixed in the same tank with oxidizers, catalyzed sulfite or filming amines.

Handling and Safety

• Harmful if inhaled. Avoid breathing the vapor. Keep container closed when not in use.
• Protect face and hands, using industrial safety equipment such as masks, glasses and rubber gloves to avoid direct contact with the product.
• In the case of direct contact, wash the affected areas immediately under running water and seek medical treatment if necessary.
• Store the product in cool and dark place.
• Do not use the empty containers for drinking water.
