Description
MAXTROL liquid product blend of neutralizing amines used for pH control agent and preventing corrosion in boiler steam condensate and feed water lines. The product is a unique formulated to chemically neutralize acidic condensate for total condensate pipe systems at various operating boiler pressures.

Application and Dosage
Feeding : dilute the product with feed water or de-mineralized water at an appropriate concentration and feed proportionally and continuously into the feed water lines or condensate return lines.
Dosage : the product dosage required is at levels 0.5 – 5 ppm in order to adjust the pH in range of 8.5 – 9.0 in the condensate water. However, practical dosage should be adjusted depending on the water quality and the operation conditions of the boilers.

Handling and Safety
- The product is an flammable chemical. So, precautions should be taken against fire when using or storing the chemical. When stored, sealed up container.
- Protect face and hands, using industrial safety equipment such as masks, glasses and rubber gloves to avoid direct contact with the product.
- In the case of direct contact, wash the affected areas immediately under running water and seek medical treatment if necessary.
- Store the product in cool and dark place.
- Do not use the empty containers for drinking water.
