Maxtrol Reverse Osmosis Microbiological Control
For reverse osmosis systems
Description
MAXTROL is a unique liquid formulation of non-oxidizing biocide specially designs to control microbiological growth in reverse osmosis (RO) membrane system. MAXTROL may be intermittently feed to the feed water of RO membranes system, or may be used in clean-in-place (CIP) procedure.
Characteristics
- Very effective in reducing microbiological growth and slime build-up on RO membrane surface especially in RO membrane system has experienced of bio fouling.
- Specially design to be compatible variety of membrane types.
- If used in CIP method, the best result will be obtained if used after cleaning with MAXTROL RO cleaner product.
- Liquid type hence easy to use.
Dosage and Feeding
MAXTROL MBR-6439 can be fed ahead of the carbon beds as well as upstream of the cartridge filters.
Excellent result normally achieved at the dosage of 50-100 ppm for 30-60 minutes treatment per week for intermittent application and 100 ppm on holding volume of CIP application for 45-60 minutes circulation.
